I’m Tissa Dissanayaka, the Founder / CEO of Boston Negotiation Group (BNG).

I have over 25 years of International Negotiation experiences having secured hundreds of deals over 30 countries in Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

I have developed my own proprietary Negotiation model that is simple to understand, fun to remember and easy to apply. It helps you to manage personal and profession negotiations effectively and efficiently.

My strength is my experiences over 25 years of international negotiations that taught me lessens to master it.

International market development experience in multi-segments of Travel Retail (Duty-Free) and Local Market Retail (Duty Paid).

Hands on experience in Asia Pacific including Hong Kong, China, Macao, Indonesia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippine, Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore.

Experience on EU and Turkey.

Retail industry including International Sales, Service Marketing, Shipping and Logistics.

Experience in South East Asia and Middle East including India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Maldives, UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain.
